A choice of our succulent tender meats, peppers, onions, Jasmine Rice, refried beans, spicy red sauce, wrapped in flour tortillas and served on a Hot Skillet and a generous side bowls of Cheddar Cheese, Avocado Guacamole, Tomato and Herb Salsa and Sour Creams.

Enchiladas

A choice of our succulent tender marinated meats pan fried with onions, bell peppers and Thai Jasmine Rice wrapped in 2 Corn Tortillas and covered with our special Spicy Red Enchilada Sauce and Grated Cheddar Cheese and oven baked for a few minutes, then served to you on a Red Hot Sizzling dish.

Fajitas

All of our FAJITAS meats are marinated in our special blend of authentic MEXICAN spices, then lightly pan fried with freshly cut onions and a selection of fresh bell peppers, tipped onto a Red Hot Sizzling Dish and served to you at your table.

Tacos

TACO shells are served stuffed with a choice of our tender meats which have been marinated in a cacophony of traditional Mexican Spices, pan fried onions and bell peppers mixed with Thai Jasmine Rice and served on a bed of lettuce.
